CAD Skills For Unemployed Employers often hear job candidates state:
"I can do CAD, here's my training certificate" To which many employers will reply "OK but you have to pass a CAD skills test first"
A CAD training certificate might get you on a job short list, but your CAD skills retention will suffer, unless you practice or use those skills.
We can provide a 2 day 1 to 1 remote and live CAD training course, where the trainer can see your screen. Then free to practice windows based CAD software with no rentals and a substantial course companion manual in the post. Plus lots of PDF files of actual CAD work you can practice on.
Your new employer will almost certainly send you on an initial training course at the start of your probationary period of employment.
When employers come to choosing which candidate to send on an initial training course, who will they send?
1) A candidate with an out of date CAD training certificate or
2) A candidate with good CAD skills
You could improve your chances of success, if you are prepared to put the work in with practice in your own time. Especially when your competition, may be blissfully unaware that many employers actually distrust CAD training certificates.
So they will expect good CAD skills on course completion.
Yet many will agree, that there is a lot to take in, due to the complexity of CAD software.
You could sail through your new employer's initial CAD training course.
That's less pressure on you to prove your abilities, during your probationary period.
Limited time offer :- 1/2 Company price on proof of unemployment.
You can also have remote training from scratch or refresher on the same basis.
Sorry but we aren't on the government's approved training list, due to bureaucratic hurdles which we haven't yet conquered.
